Als de zon net is ondergegaan ontstaat er vreemd licht waarbij het verschil tussen de zee en de lucht bijna verdwenen is.
Deze foto is niet gemanipuleerd. Heb alleen mijn camera tijdens de opname horizontaal bewogen. Dan heb je wel flink wat opnames nodig om de beste er uit te pikken. De rest gaat de prullenbak in.

Deze foto is gemaakt in Den Haag.
Lang was het hele terrein van het Binnenhof en het Buitenhof ommuurd.
Er waren poorten om van het Binnenhof naar de buitenhoven te gaan en vandaar de buitenwereld te betreden.
Op het plein van het Binnenhof bevinden zich prachtige gewelven en togen.
Dit zijn prachtige fotolocaties...

For a long time the entire grounds of the Binnenhof and the Buitenhof were walled.
There were gates to go from the Binnenhof to the outer courts and from there enter the outside world.
On the square of the Binnenhof are beautiful vaults and arches.

Een van de twee glazen trappenhuizen in de Koninklijke Schouwburg in Den Haag.
Het mooiste trappenhuis van de hele wereld als je het mij vraagt.
Hier sta ik helemaal beneden en kijk naar de glazen koepel op het dak.

Op de zomerse zondag 1 juli 2018 maakt Ombouwer 36 van de HTM een ritje naar het strand. Hier keert de wagen terug van de uitstap naar het in de duinen gelegen eindpunt Markenseplein.
Na een langdurige restauratie is de charmante motorwagen 36 in het jaar 2018 weer op de baan gekomen.

Eindelijk een beetje zon. Op naar het strand om wat foto's te maken. Ik heb mijn camera een week lang niet in mijn handen gehad.
In de verte de Zandmotor, en daarachter de Tweede Maasvlakte.
Er stond veel wind en de zee was woest.

Escher in Het Paleis is featuring the works of the Dutch graphical artist M. C. Escher. The Museum housed in the Lange Voorhout Palace.

Barely 2 years ago we had snow for a day,
according to climate planners this will be less and less the case in the Netherlands......best of all a pity when I see it like this.....:)
Amper 2 jaar geleden nog hadden we voor een dag sneeuw,
volgens klimaatplanners zal dat steeds minder het geval zijn in Nederland......best wel jammer als ik dit zo zie.....:)
Oude stadshuis aan de Groenmarkt
The Old City Hall in The Hague is a Renaissance style building on the Groenmarkt near the Grote Kerk. It is the former seat of the city's government, and remains a place where residents hold civic wedding ceremonies, and where the Royal family register their family births.
The town hall (built in 1565 and restored and enlarged in 1882) contains a historical picture gallery. The building was considered very large and imposing in its day; just after it was built in 1566 Lodovico Guicciardini referred to The Hague as the most beautiful, richest, and biggest village of Europe. However, The Hague was not a walled town and therefore Guicciardini categorized it with the villages. [Wikipedia]
