Bounty hunters often teams up when the objective is hard. Taking off to destination: IG-88 and Dengar are piloting the ship.

I think our Scout Trooper had a little trick u his sleeve - - as soon as his welcoming committee drew weapons - - his 2 counterpart Storm Troopers showed up on their ATV's - - nobody expected them to arrive that way - - but it was perfect coming across the dessert.

Soooo Happy belated Easter! So heres some quick figs! All pretty nice looking in my opinion! I finally got a BA Blaster pack and I just have to say I frickin love these guns! I just have to give a shout to my boy BrickStudios cuz I was super inspired by him for that Bobba and that Officer dude!

Entah kenapa, dalam kesibukan diri, tiba-tiba hati rindu pada seseorang. Seseorang di tanah air yang aku gaduh dengan sebelum balik ke UK tempoh hari. Tak sempat aku nak cakap sesuatu, tapi dia sudah menghilangkan diri. Tak sempat aku nak luahkan sesuatu tapi dia sudah melangkah pergi. Tiada lagi kata-kata penyejuk hati seperti biasa. Tiada lagi ayat-ayat cinta sebelum aku terbang jauh ke sini (ok, geli geliman..)
Ok cut the crap. Sebenarnya, aku rindu Nazme yang teramat :( tapi sehari sebelum aku balik ke UK haritu, aku gaduh dengan dia. "Mak na tanak sayang Nazme dah!" konon-konon merajuk, sebab dia tanak dengar cakap aku. Haha.. "Ok lah! Nazme pun tanak sayang Mak Na!" dia lari meninggalkan aku, pergi sambung main game.
Masa aku salam-salam semua kaum keluarga sebelum ke airport sambil menangis teresak-esak, aku panggil Nazme dan peluk dia sekuat hati. Tak sempat nak minta maaf dengan dia. Tapi dia tengah main game masa tu, tak kuasa kot nak layan aku. Haha..
Tapi betul, aku terkilan sebab gaduh dengan Nazme sehari sebelum aku balik UK. Menyesal, sebab aku lupa yang dia tak selamanya menjadi seorang kanak-kanak berusia 5 tahun. Dan sebab aku pun tak tahu bila lagi ada peluang balik Malaysia, mungkin Nazme yang bakal aku jumpa nanti, dah besar dan tanak dilayan seperti budak kecil lagi.
"Mama, Nazme nak ikut Mak Na balik UK boleh? Nazme nak main snow nak buat snowman" tanya Nazme kepada kakakku, sehari selepas aku sampai Malaysia tempoh hari.
Setiap kali aku nampak snow, kesejukan dan kedinginan angin betul-betul meresap ke tulang sumsum. Ditambah dengan kesejukan hati aku merindui Nazme, sejuk yang teramat perit terasa seperti ingin masuk dalam oven!
Ok aku dah merepek ni. Tapi betul, aku rindu Nazme yang teramat sangat :(
Maafkan aku andai ku tak sempurna. Tapi jika aku ada kuasa, kan ku bekukan detik ini, agar kau terus menjadi pojaan hatiku. ya Allah, jadikanlah anak-anak saudaraku anak-anak yang soleh dan solehah, penyejuk mata ayah dan ibu, pembangga ummah yang berjaya, insyaAllah..

Just a quick 2 day commission for a fan at Brickfair. Contrary to what some people might think, I do take some time to give back to the people who support what I do when I have the time. This weekend was awesome and I hope he likes the figure. As of casting this, that is a no, however that is not to say that Star Wars times are not in the near future, Im just trying to figure out what to make. Any suggestions from people will be duly noted, but no Darth Vader, too many people have done or are doing that figure.
Dengar, of the human species, one of the great bounty hunters during the times of the Galactic Civil War. As seen in
Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
This figure is completely sculpted and painted by me,
and I created Dengar's DLT-19 with a combination of
painting and cutting and sculpting existing LEGO parts
to fit together, creating his weapon as it looks in the movie.
I'm surprised I haven't seen any Hush figs similar to this yet. Thus, I had to try it out, cause the whole thing seemed to natural to me.
Dengar head, Hawkeye torso, Nexo Knights legs. I tried him with various headwraps/bandannas but nothing really looked right.
Pretty simple, but let me know what you think!
Gotta love that bounty hunter battle pack. Anyway, wanna try to get a shot of Bossk, possibly IG-88 as well. Idk what I could do with 4-LOM, other than a recreation scene from Episode V. We'll see. The photography potential with these guys is too high to be ignored :)
I like the Doom Patrol show a lot more.
Cliff: I really just need one of those blasted Hero Factory helmets already. This modded/painted Chitauri head and Loki helmet will do for now. I guess I'm painting figs again. Forgot to add the whites back into his eyes before taking this. Whoops.
Rita: Pretty self-explanatory. Wish I had another Falcon torso.
Niles: Now with chocolate.
Larry (And Friend): Changed Larry back to the parts pretty much everyone uses for him but added the Dengar bandages. Still need me some white Ninjago wraps. Also painted the purple parts of one of Ninjago ghost's legs black so the Spirit looks more Spirit-y. I believe Feelokayinc pioneered such an idea.

So about a week ago I threw together kind of an old 1940's pulp-adventure serial style version of Boba Fett using the new CMF Retro Space Guy parts.
Then I decided he needed some friends.

Got back from Rose City Comic Con, and it was a blast. It's getting more crowded, but it's still immensely entertaining.
Also hey, new figs! The seller was trying to clear out his collection and was practically giving figs away, everything here was acquired for five to ten bucks.
Just wanted to get a group photo of em all before I line em up on my shelves.
Also I didn't end up getting any figs that weren't Star Wars cause the selection was pretty limited. Gotta wait till Brick Con for the expansive stuff.

Not gonna lie, I think I nailed Zuckuss on this one.
At least the molded head one. That brick-built one weirds me out a little.
Anyways, in my quest to create the perfect Bounty Hunter minifigures, I stumbled across the Mosquitoid heads from Galaxy Patrol (squad? no, patrol) and thought "Huh, wonder what that would look like with the snout cut off . . ." Turns out if you glue a flat stud on it, and paint the crap out of it, it looks like Zuckuss.
I made the parts-based heads for a more old-school version of the duo, and I think they look fine. Kinda weird, kinda creepy, but fine.
Also I gave Bossk a backwards red face mask to simulate his turtle-neck thing.

Well, besides Greedo anyways. Poor sod.
Did some mild updating here and there, boosted some of these guys up to my liking. The only really notable changes are that Dengar now has white hips, cause I feel like it balances better, and Boba's got red cuffs.
Then there's IG-88, the design for which I absolutely adore. The majority of the design is stolen from @talegophotography on Instagram, with some mild changes. I may post a tutorial on how to build him on my other page, but I figured it out by sight, so it's not that hard to do.
Everybody else has stayed the same cause they're pretty much perfect.
Backdrop is my computer screen, a la Jonathan.
I feel like Bossk is perpetually out of focus.
Man do I love these figs. Cheers folks!
