For me it goes without saying that when you combine the words "guilt" and "pleasure" in one phrase, it's all about food! And given that I never feel guilty about any and all amounts of chocolate I may consume, there are other culinary pleasures that I am ashamed to indulge in, but do so regardless... ;D
So this is my contribution to Macro Mondays' theme of "Guilty Pleasures" for this week, and rest assured that I did indeed eat it all and feel very guilty about it afterwards, but as a real soldier, I took one for the team! ;D :D :D
Happy Macro Mondays and a fabulous new week to all my friends!
I'm starting a diet again today...

Here's a look at the inside of this old Job-Rated Dodge Pick-up we spotted in downtown Anacortes.
Happy Truck Thursday!
I had one of these in pastel green back in the mid 70s … I’m not sure what, exactly, was ‘deluxe’ about it but it was the most unreliable four-wheeler I ever bought. However, the reverse raked rear window was famed for keeping itself clean.
As far as photography goes, I'm getting some great mileage out of this old Chevy. Cuthbert Georgia, 1952 on the front tag.
On a recent British Columbia's Boundary Country adventure exploring the Columbia and Western Rail Trail, we came across this old relic. I wandered around this rusting old pile of metal trying to figure out what it was when it was whole. It would be interesting to know why it was left here to rust away. This car has suicide doors in the back, as they open backwards, and the front ones are normal opening. The engine, a flat head six is still in it. Hood, trunk, or bonnet and boot lid, as some people prefer to call them, were missing. I suppose the missing parts may have been taken either to sell or to replace damaged ones on another car. Remembering that I have seen a car like this at a car show, I realized that it's an early 1940s Hudson Deluxe.
