The start of Advent.
Cheesecake, left after 1 1/2 days.
Graham cracker crust made to directions, nice and brown & crisp
2-8ozs. cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs 2 teas vanilla
Pour the cream cheese that has been beaten with the next 3 ingredients onto baked graham cracker crust.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes, until done.
Take out, pour over the topping, the sour cream ingredients.
Topping.
I pint sour cream, 4Tbs. sugar, 2 teas. vanilla
Bake 475, 5 minutes.

Alot of work in the garden today. Really hot so I made us some delish frappuccinos.
For those who requested...
in a blender...
9 shots espresso (or 3 really strong cups of coffee)
1/2 cup or so of unsweetened cocoa powder (or more or less to taste)
sugar to taste (although I use a Stevia extract which is a sweet herb as I try to not eat too much sugar) but, for the best texture, use real sugar
a few drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
16 oz heavy cream
3 - 4 cups crushed ice (more if you think it needs it)
Xanthan gum (which is a natural thickening agent)
Blend away! You can leave the Xanthan gum out but then it's more slushy-ish, but still good.
Makes 3-6 servings depending on your mug size! lol
