Today I was allowed access to the plenary where the high-level segment from the 16th to 18th of December will speak. Access is very limited and I was only able to enter with another photographer for 10 minutes to see Barroso. A secondary "silver badge" was distributed to Parties, United Nations bodies, specialized agencies and related organizations for this purpose.
The President of the European Commission spoke as well as Presidents from Seychelles, Suriname, Finland, Micronesia, Ghana, and Tajikstan. I will be returning in a few moments to photograph Gordon Brown
