... zur Weinprobe im Stückfasskeller des historischen Kellergewöbes des Staatlichen Hofkellers unter der Residenz Würzburg. Hier finden Weinproben, aber auch Veranstaltungen wie die "Närrische Weinprobe" statt.

Das „Stück“ ist eine alte fränkische Maßeinheit für Holzfässer und fasst ca. 1200 Liter.

The "Stück" is an old Franconian unit for wooden barrel and has a volume of about 1200 liters.

Le Poujol sur Orb

L'écureuil roux (Sciurus vulgaris), le plus connu, est le seul écureuil autochtone présent en France. Sa fourrure rousse, son ventre blanc et sa queue touffue le rendent facilement identifiable. Sa fameuse queue en panache – qui peut mesurer jusqu’à 23 cm de long - lui sert surtout de balancier pour garder l’équilibre. Strictement forestier et arboricole, il mesure de 18 à 25 cm et pèse environ 330 g. Considéré en voie d'extinction en Grande-Bretagne, suite à l'invasion de l'écureuil gris, il n'est pas encore menacé en France mais reste sous surveillance.

Avec sa queue en panache, sa silhouette gracieuse et son agilité, l’Écureuil roux attire la sympathie.

Strictement forestier et arboricole, l’Écureuil roux est le plus gros des rongeurs de ce type de milieux. C’est le seul écureuil autochtone présent en France.Son pelage varie du roux, gris-brun, brun foncé au noir, mis à part le ventre qui est toujours blanc. En pelage d’hiver, ses oreilles portent un pinceau de poils bien visible et caractéristique.

Malgré son statut "d’espèce protégée" depuis plus d’une trentaine d’années, ses densités demeurent faibles excepté dans les habitats les plus favorables, dans les jardins à proximité des habitations, et dans certains parcs urbains.

This cottage belongs to a winery which owns many of the vineyards on the surrounding hills. They use the cottage occasionally for wine degustations.
