Over sleepy garden walls

Such a good colour in the Western sky after sunset this evening.
Some of you may recognise those trees.
I made this for a sermon I did for middle schoolers and for future use in perhaps a series for youth ministry. I wanted it to look harsh and grab the eye of a young person and also to show the concept of "deeper" which was through the arrow and the nucleus like explosion.

On Highway 140 near Adel, Oregon, these falls flow through Deep Creek Canyon on top of a lava flow that flowed into the ancestral river and canyon. It is so remote that I had to shoot there when I had time to get there - too bad it's in the middle of the day.
Beamish Museum's Shetland pit pony, "Flash", is deep in thought. We can't know what he's thinking about but we do know that it's not about his time working down the coal mines - because he's never actually worked in one!
