Turned up the hill, saw the shot, took it. By far one of my all time favorite shots. Enjoy.

A book dedication...

After a year of renovations, Virginia Beach's Marshview Park celebrated its grand reopening with a touching chain-cutting dedication ceremony, uniting the community in their commitment to nature preservation.

The transformed park now offers enhanced trails, wildlife observation points, and an educational center. Mayor Bobby Dyer led the ceremony, emphasizing the park's importance as a nature sanctuary accessible to all.

The event began with a guided nature walk, allowing attendees to explore the park's beauty and biodiversity. The chain-cutting ceremony symbolized the official reopening, followed by the opening of the education center to the public.

Thanks to a combination of public and private funding, Marshview Park stands as a shining example of community dedication to preserving natural treasures. It promises to be a hub for environmental education and outdoor enjoyment in Virginia Beach, fostering a stronger connection between the community and its natural surroundings.
