Despite pain from the swelling, post wisdom tooth extraction, I came to practice. Maniacs, don't ever forget my dedication to you! I came to practice despite feeling like crap!

If frogs are singing G-d's praises all day long- we should, too. (Perek Shira) The frog (or toad) has such great dedication, not just singing praise, but in following G-d's will. At the time of the 10 plagues, the frog jumped into ovens (they went every where!). If an animal that does not have free will could do that, then surely we can overcome whatever difficulties we face. Be like the frog: focus on the soul goal - don't let the external noise prevent you from internal growth. Who are you? Step in front of a mirror. Don't look at your hair, clothing, or shoes. Look at your character traits, behavior, mood. Do you have a negative trait? focus on overcoming it. Work toward that soul goal. You can make growth happen.

Don't forget to talk to G-d; He's waiting to hear from you.
