This is a house in the Westside of Syracuse that had been for sale for a while. It was in very bad shape, had sloping porches. Then last week I saw a construction vehicle (or a deconstruction vehicle I guess) parked next to it. Sure enough, it's now a pile of rubble.

One of the old textile mill buildings in Lisbon Falls, Maine remains being removed.

I used to pass by this building for so many years on my way to school (and back), then to work or simply going shopping. Now it will disappear. Września, June 2010.

There was a big splash… and a touch of snow…

documenting the tear-down of a building across the street. i was impressed by this worker being so calm and cool while tons of metal swung by his head at high speed.

The old library at Utah State is coming down. The clock stopped a week ago and they removed the webcam from the roof. I wish they had kept both running.

This afternoon rock, sand, bricks, cement, calc and rebar were delivered. The first 3 items are sitting beside the house in the street along with a huge pile of rubble from the deconstruction. It is the way it is done in San Miguel de Allende.
