Debugging_Integral_Counter by tony_duell

The integral counter did not work reliably, so I took it apart and plugged the modules individually into their connectors. The machine will operate without the time counter connected.

The faults were :

Dirty contacts on some of the modules, so that carry form that module to the next didn't occur.

One module was misadjusted and didn't count cleanly

A cracked track on the printer baseboard meaning the lowest 2 data driver boards didn't get the +18V supply. That caused some interesting problems with modules miscounting.

The wiring in the new place is a mess. Rather than fix or tidy anything, each person to work on it seems to have just added another layer. So I've been tracing circuits with a multimeter and creating shorts as I try to get all our lights on.
