I might catch some flack for this one, because it's not super detailed, but I assure you, it *is* very accurate, especially by Ultra-Purist standards (the only standards worthy of being standards, frankly)

Miriam Delgado is a freedom fighter from a future ruled by the despot Lord Chaos. Using her abilities to create illusions - and with some help from the Teen Titans - this horrible future was avoided and she remained in the present day. (Time travel, man. We're all just taking a guess.)

To compose this picture, I reversed the tripod head and had to look at this image upside down... I waited until cars were stopped at a red light and the wet manhole cover was illuminated with brake lights and released the shutter as the opposing traffice light went from green to amber... voila! Nice when things work out when your looking at things upside down and your boots are full of mud! Hah! Single Raw Image no HDR.

I've been passing over this guy for a long time, since he has perhaps the strangest and most iconic face-thingy I've ever seen. I wrote it off as pretty impossible to do justice until I saw stanleyklerk do a pretty stellar rendition of him! I figured I would throw in the two-toned collared cape on mine, and try to bring the solid white bodysuit vibe back in as best I can (what I wouldn't give for a version of this torso without the belt!) but it's all riffing off of the same key elements as Stanley's. I highly encourage checking out his work if you haven't, he's got a lot of really neat designs, especially his New Gods and Legion of Superheroes stuff!
