While attempting to sell his advanced battle suit - the Technocrat 2000 - in Markovia, Geoffrey Barron got caught in the middle of a war between the Outsiders and a horde of vampires that sought to take control of the country. He chose his side, put on the suit himself, and fought back against the vampire army. He and his bodyguard Wylde joined up with Katana, Geo-Force, Halo, Looker, and Faust to form a new team of Outsiders!

Technocrat might be familiar to you guys as TC, one of the newer young metahumans to join Black Lightning in his fight against the Markovians. He's been one of my favorite characters so far - and has made for such a fun presence - that I had to take another crack at his comic counterpart!

Jarras Minion was born on the planet Talyn, a world long locked in war with the planet Kallas. When Talyn was finally facing its destruction, Jarras's mother gave her son a battle suit known as the Omegadrome to save his life. With his mother gone and his planet destroyed, Jarras became obsessed with only one thing: raining vengeance upon who or whatever took everything from him.

This is a bit of a deeper cut Teen Titan I've been trying to work out for awhile. My initial intention was going to be a lot simpler and more light gray than silver, but this turned out much better after playing around with it for awhile. The pose and such is based on his Comicvine icon, which is why he's got something blasting off of his shield like that.

I don't know how big of a chain Ollie's is, but if you've never heard of it, it's the sort of store that gets everything that all the bigger chains couldn't sell for whatever reason and resells them for a lot less.

Anyway, I have a stack of 16 new trade paperbacks and DC Showcase collections now and 60 fewer dollars. So.

The first thing I'm reading is Wanted: Hal Jordan (written by lord of all things Lantern Geoff Johns) which includes a team of international heroes called the Global Guardians. I'm not very familiar with most of them, but I never could resist a good team!

Depicted here in her Rebirth outfit, from when she teamed up with Deathstroke without the heavily implied pedophilia!

As you can maybe tell, I have...complicated...feelings about Terra. I think the animated series did her and the Judas Contract arc as well as anyone could, and am genuinely surprised that the comics don't pull from that version of Terra more often. It's about time someone reclaim the character and work to define her beyond her wildly creepy history. Maybe her and Geo-Force should take care of that at the same time?

Supergirl's Miss Martian, i.e. my least favorite thing that Supergirl has ever done ever. Rather than give Kara the chance to have a personality beyond "girl protagonist" by letting her befriend another young woman who survived the annihilation of her people who lives in the shadow of a more famous superhero, they opted for making her date her (in any other canon) uncle and then leave forever without ever really interacting with any other character in a meaningful way. Supergirl: the "feminist" superhero show that refuses to give any other superheroines an ounce of screen time !

(To be fair, they're doing much better right now in the current season, and have finally added another heroine to the main cast with Dreamer, but this lost opportunity and creepy bullshit will forever infuriate me)

I usually avoid doing Miss Martian figures because there aren't any green female heads, meaning she can't have the same skin tone as her adoptive uncle, but in this case, it felt acceptable. Don't ask me why. I'm also not entirely sure if her cape is dark blue and not black, but J'onn's cape is dark blue in the figures and well-lit promo art, so I just assumed for the sake of the visual appeal that she did, too.

Brustem, 8 September 1996.

A Belgian Air Force DC-3 with number K16 / OT-CWG turned up at Brustem open day. The plane also had a civilian registration: N49AG.

She started her 'life' as C-53D 42-68810 of the USAAF in 1943. After the war she had numerous owners in the US before going to Mali (Africa) and to Belgium in 1996. She only flew for a very short time in Belgium before she was grounded. In 2002 N41AG was sold to an American, but stayed in Europe. Last seen in France in 2019.

Chandi Gupta was imprisoned as a child by an evil cult, thanks to her elemental abilities. When she realized that the cult intended to sacrifice her to the goddess Shiva, she escaped their clutches to London, where she joined the Justice League Europe. She uses her powers to conjure a mystical bow that can fire projectiles of fire and water.

They came from Canada, specifically from Rondeau Provincial Park, a peninsula in Morpeth, Ontario, that juts like a uvula into Lake Erie.
