The Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps from Rockford, IL performs its show "On Air" during the Drum Corps International Indianapolis Regional Saturday, July 28, 2007 in the RCA Dome. DCI World Championships will be held Aug. 7-9 at IU's Memorial Stadium.
