Very cool that the Mayor of DC, Adrian Fenty, would walk in our parade. For those outside DC, he is a athletic, runs marathons, and I think, quite the hunk. He wouldn't remember, but I got to meet him and shake his hand while he was campaigning. He's got charisma.

The National Town Meeting in Washington, D.C. is the premiere demand response and smart grid event in the United States. The Association for Demand Response + Smart Grid helps to bring together stakeholders from utilities, technology companies, ISOs, Congress, federal and state agencies, environmental groups, and research and consulting firms. The 2015 National Town Meeting was held in May at the National Press Club and the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC.
