Na een huisartsbezoek was er op de middag van maandag 22 september 2014 nog even wat tijd om vlak bij huis langs de Betuweroute te bivakkeren aangezien de zon inmiddels was doorgebroken. Helaas bleef het treinenaanbod erg beperkt (slechts 1 trein goed voor de zon liet zich in een tijdsbestek van 2 uur vastleggen. Gelukkig was het wel een leuke trein die normaliter niet op maandag en zeker niet "goed voor de zon" is vast te leggen. Het was opnieuw de uit fraaie VTG Bulkwagens bestaande lege aluminium oxide trein uit die plaats met moeilijke naam op weg was naar Rotterdam, welke ik vorige week nog vast kon leggen op de Brabantroute. Getrokken door de 189052 en 189079 passeert de fraaie trein hier ter hoogte van Gorinchem.

What a stunning DBS. The white color fits it really well. One point: If the rims would be antraciet/black it would be perfect. But I wouldn't mind if you gave it to me like this.

67027 arrives at Leeds from Doncaster with the other Northern train for Harrogate note the DBS DVT not the Virgin one

DBS 140 037 runs from Emden in the direction of Rheine wth an empty set of car transporters.
This locomotive was buld in 1958 and after 57 years in service.

Rit Rond de Rivieren 2011
I was one of the photographers of a new charity run, called "Rit Rond de Rivieren", which translates as "Run Around the Rivers" in English.
One of the cars was this Aston Martin DBS which I shot, while it was basking in the evening sun, at Hotel/Restaurant De Wolfsberg in Groesbeek, the Netherlands.
