I'm remembering now why I started to hate Project 365 back in 2010. Was that really four years ago?

I am stripped down to my bathing suit, wrapped in my dry robe before I go into the lake for a cold immersion dip.

This was at 7:10 this morning.

As I crouched down by the shore, steadied my phone lean to record video of our dip, this photo "accidentally" happened - me in a moment, my hands steadying the camera as my gaze looked to the horizon, watching the sun begin to peak out. I love that this photo happened so spontaneously.

From my home. . .

One of our challenges in this lesson was to take a font and a texture and create a chalkboard look using a quote of our choice. This can be seen in the bottom right. Another challenge was to create a layout in Photoshop instead of in Lightroom. This was more work than using Lightroom, but was fun to experiment with. The third challenge was to give a photo a matte finish. I tried that, but did not like the result with these images, so instead used Kim's texture 1402 twice at soft light 100% and 50%.

That day was fun...

Woo! Going to Philadelphia today with a friend of mine to stay with another friend for the night! Im really excited, and very happy that the sun finally decided to come out!
