Day 30/365: 2015
For the weekly theme of abstraction.
To get this effect I randomly placed some sheets of coloured cardstock and used bracketing to take three images, I also intentionally moved the camera. I then merged the images in Photomatix.
I love it when someone insults me. That means that I don't have to be nice anymore.

One thing Bunny and I have in common is that we were both raised on farms. Bunny left the farm in Iowa and never looked back. I left the farm in Illinois and always thought that one day I would go back, but life had other plans. We still live in a very rural area, though, and I think we both have an appreciation for the beauty of the wide open spaces around us.

So this morning we were treated to a large covering of frost so I decided to spend a couple of minutes on the way to school trying to take a pic of it. In addition to this the sun had barely risen and was nicely orange making for some pretty nice lighting. Nice easy shot out of the way early in the morning. Perfect.

I wanted this flower to look bit like a fairy or something. I turned into b&w to increase the separation from the background.
We had a very early appointment this morning as it was the 2nd to last day of treatment. Glad I brought my camera for the ride.
stressful period these days work and healthwise.

Seems like I can kick this 365!

For many years I made sandwiches for my kids and then #drew something on the sandwich bags with Sharpie markers. Pictured here is my ‘gear’ I used. The gears in my head definitely turned while drawing these bags.

Day 30 and i am already running out of ideas, only 235 days to go,
This is one of my favorite buildings to photograph, I love the gothic architecture.
A little sunshine is always nice, but full on glare isn't.
Anyway, I do love how it doesnt get dark until 8:30 !
