November 27, 331/365 (2158/2192)- Went back to Amavida Coffee roasting facility today, spent a couple of hours talking with the roaster and watching him roast batch after batch of coffee beans. He taught me more about coffee today than I have learned in the 40+ years I have been drinking the stuff. I hope to go back another day to get some more shots; now that I know how the process works I would be better prepared. Fascinating morning!
