i've decided to forgo restaurants & pubs for the next 18 months in exchange for fancy stuff that will (hopefully) safely hold more *stuff*. i usually don't buy pricey things like this but i've come to realize that i've actually got quite a bit left to lose. About 30 years of vintage info, academia, fotos, graphics & even footage spread across 5 or 6 aging old bits of technology (going as far back as the early 80's in fact).

this just arrived & with one more on the way i'm breathing a little easier (just a little, there's always something right?)
