The fiber is ready to be blown in a Blolite Microduct. (La fibra è pronta per essere soffiata nel tubetto Blolite che collegherà il nuovo datacenter con l'attuale).
The fibers coming from the blue Blolite ducts are being spliced to the pigtails positionted in the front panel. (Le fibre partono dal datacenter esistente di Milano. Verranno collegate ad uno switch).
The resolution is poor because it was taken with an iphone, but I'd like to capture the moment even if it had to be in low res :D
These lights were very intelligently installed. The orange-hue florescent lights are temporary, as they have a lifetime of only a few years, and are installed over what will soon be cages for server racks, which will make them nearly possible to change.
To get around that, they will be removed, because the bluer ones at the top of the pole are LEDs, and have an estimated lifetime of 40 years.
