Finally blank filled: Caught Poland's Darkwave Postpunk Legends Wieze Fabryk live...wot a great show showcasing their new album Doskonaly Swiat ... lot's of driving basslines & hooks, percussive drumming, buzzsaw guitars and shouting vocals.I had to wait more than a decade to see this band on one of their rare concerts. Worththewait.

The Wave-Gotik-Treffen is an annual world festival for "dark" music and arts in Leipzig. Bands and artists from various backgrounds (Gothic rock, EBM, Industrial, Noise, Darkwave, Neofolk, Neo-Classical, Medieval music, Experimental, Gothic metal, Deathrock and Punk music being examples) play at several venues throughout the city over 4 days on Whitsuntide (Pentecost). The festival also features several fairs with medieval, gothic and cultural merchandise. With around 20,000 regular attendants, the WGT is one of the largest events of the Goth-, Cybergoth-, Steampunk and Rivethead- subcultures worldwide.
