So I went to Freedom Falls (with THE Adam Rupp!), somewhere in Pennsylvania but north of my usual location. My intent was to get "beautiful and excellent" waterfall shots. The kind that makes the water look silky (but not too milky!) and the surrounding forest would be that perfect shade of Envious Green that makes people jealous. Well, the God of Situations said, "Nah, I have something else in store for you. The question is: what'cha gonna do?" My response: turn into a documentarian. There were lots of people around the waterfall, some doing their own modeling sessions. Then these young guys showed up and suddenly we're all watching them hem and haw and work up the courage to jump into the water. In a sense, I'm rather happy to get pushed into doing something a little different.
PS - Not a true pano! This is s single frame, cropped heavily to get rid of extra people and rocks and such.
PPS - Sorry for the little switcharoo, but the current shot is better than the similar one I just had up.
Dardevil : Bullseye's fall
Reproduction of the duel between Daredevil and Bullseye following the death of Electra.
This scene is inspired nor by the comics or the movie but by two iconic illustrations of Daredevil : Dardedevil squatting in front of a church clock and Dardedevil on a gargoyle. Both in a pouring rain.
Built for the exhibition "Fana'Briques", the aim was to highlight the mood with thunderbolt, lightning and rain.

This is my first entry to Wavy_Films' contest on Instagram, but I wanted to share it here, too.
This is my design of what I think Bullseye should look like if he joined the MCU. I designed the facial features to match that of Zachary Quinto, because I feel he is a good choice to portray this villain. His headband was made from electrical tape, which I then painted a bullseye onto. The body is supposed to be a NYC Prison jumpsuit, which he was too lazy to change out of, but unbuttoned, revealing a T-Shirt with designs around the collar similar to his comic book appearance.The "rolled-up sleeves" effect was done with electrical tape. He has a gray glove to keep his fingerprints off of the ordinary items he throws at immense speeds to kill his targets. The chain was made from an actual silver chain.
I really had a lot of fun making this figure, and I really enjoyed attempting to make a character such as Bullseye fit into a gritty TV show like Daredevil.
My brother hopped from one side of the waterfall to the other... I'm very surprised he didn't slip and fall. Those rocks were wet and mossy. Deadly! Mary Ann Falls, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
As seen on season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix. The head pieces should be stuck onto the Rock Climber's helmet (backwards), although I feel it isn't very effective. Any suggestions appreciated!

Wanted to make an armored DD and then I decided to make my kingpin more battle damaged using the head I made for my prison jumpsuit punisher. And so yea I just decided to make a small DD post.

Just wanted to make something with this with the new Ninjago headpiece with the horns. It was a tough call on the head so I had to improvise a bit. Let me know what you think!

This is the second, and favorite, of my Kingpin designs. The first version was much larger, most likely because I based his scale off of my then recent Blob figure. Daredevil is a custom minifigure by Muddy River Figs.

I saw the Directors Cut for Daredevil and I was compelled to do something with DD and Bullseye. This is inspired by the comics not the movie though.

Daredevil is my favorite Marvel superhero.
You guys know me, I'm a DC fanboy so obviously that means I hate Marvel right? Wrong! I love it! It's just the dick fans I hate. Anyway, Holy crap guys. Daredevil is awesome! The show is so cool and I love everything about it!
I think the reason I love it so much is because of it's dark nature and more mature than your average Marvel movie, but I think it's still pretty great. Charlie Cox plays both Matt Murdock and Daredevil so well! I instantly fell in love with the show when he first saved those girls off the boat in the first episode. Such a bad ass moment. Season 2 was great, with the inclusion of Punisher, and I enjoyed Defenders as well.
I can't wait for season 3!
This minifigure came from Krex Customs and it is amazing! The glossy paint looked bad in previous photos, but once you have it in hand, it's actually pretty good. Detailing is insanely cool and I love that they included the sticks.
Out of 100 minifigures, I got number 50!
This lil guy just desperatly wanted my attention, So I just couldn't refuse. He waited like this so patiently.
Well since we're on the discussion of Batfleck today with Snyder's costume tweet... thing.... I figured this was as good a time as any to show you all my MuddyRiverMinifigs Daredevil (Because Affleck played daredevil... ya know... it's relevant, jeez)
Anyway yeah, I went with a rooftop situation for Mr Murdock, and some soft lighting to give the shot a bit more flat, 80's-like comic presence.

Designed by the Athenian architect G. Papadakis, the construction of Ayia Napa Cathedral was completed in 1903. It features many Byzantine elements and it is dedicated to the Virgin after an icon was found in a glen nearby. The church had replaced an older one from 1740 AD. The huge interior space is complemented with equally big frescoes...
