A tiny flower suspended by a strand of spider's web, found in the garden. A submission to Macro Mondays on the topic "dangle".
This was taken for my Macro Mondays project but it was just a bit outside the size limits when I measured it again so I pulled it out of the pool. Since this week's theme is dangle, why not dangle an adorned teddy bear wearing a makeshift tutu? Hmm!
During the nor'easter, I rescued this spider as she dangled from a single thread in the rain. Today I had a chance to check on her. She's looking good.
Gotta love a spider dressed like an armored tank.

"Welcome, friend."
Despite its words, you feel neither welcome, nor like its friend.
The technique used for the eye was taught to me by Immediate~C. He was kind enough to coach me through the process as I relearned photoshop. Big thanks to you, man!
The is probably the last trio in my Denis Sullivan tall ship series. I liked both the lighting and reflection in this capture.
this is probably one of the most beautiful orchids i have seen. hanging from trees in a mall park in makati city, i am amazed at how it had survived in the heart of the metropolis. it looks like one of the more ancient orchids, nothing like the commercial phaelenopsis or cattleya that we often see in flower shops.
