'Les Colombes'
Inspired by Michael Pendry's LesColombes installation at Salisbury Cathedral, every child & staff member at St John's Primary School, Tisbury, made an origami dove and wrote a message for peace inside. They're displayed in the entrance gallery.
Spider on an Aubretia flower. The shiny ball is the stigma of the flower, I think the spider was just resting and enjoying the sun. I have a small chart on British Spiders but am not sure what this one is.

A reworking using Nic Silver Efex pro2, of a photograph on my first ever compact. an 8 mg canon . I used a 3 mg sony cybershot belonging to my husband before buying my own in Singapore on the way out way to Australia.
This tree grows in the grounds of Rydal Hall and is believed to be many hundreds of years old and we were told to hug it and make a wish! It was certainly old and had lost many wonderfully shaped and twisted branches. The one in the lower right looks like the god of the wind.
Trying something new.
Looking through my stats today, apparently a lot of referrals come from people googling McDonald's chicken nuggets and stumbling on my photo from a few years ago. That was the very last time I ever ate them. Hah.
