Just a shot of our dog.... she is a Great Dane / Lab mix (have yet to see the lab in her). Still a puppy at just 7 months old, about 70 pounds, afraid of everything and convinced she is a lap dog!

Dogo Alemán o también llamado Gran Danés. Os presento a nuestro perro Thor. Un poco desconfiado con los extraños pero tan cariñoso con los suyos. Y con sus 70/80kg, excelente guardián de la casa.
We were lucky enough to share our life with 7 Great Danes, we loved them all very much, such great sweet dogs. We lost our Xziva last november and we will not have another Dane.
Once in a while I give this sculpture a pat for good luck.
Thank you for your views, faves and or comments, they are greatly appreciated !! Happy SOS

The Danes brought two Drakens to the Yeovilton Air Day in 1974. This two seat example AT-152, as well as AR-110 used as a reconnaissance aircraft were present on the flight line.
The camouflage seen here was quite notable, and I wondered if it had some kind of name. My title here comes from a model decal provider who used the term. That guy also notes that Danish Drakens later received a gloss green finish - quite unusual for a combat aircraft, but apparently it had a more robust finish.

In the halcyon days before COVID struck, I had the chance to have Dane come to my little studio space. She models a lot and it shows. We had a good session together and I'm glad I got to work with her. I especially like some of the film work we did together (you'll have to check out her album to find it).
Getting back underway after derailing outside of town on a frozen road crossing, a Wisconsin and Southern snow plow extra rolls into the town of Dane back in March of 2008.
.. we didn't stop laughing doing this! I know Zeus likes ice cream. he's tasted it before, so when I made MissA one I made him one too. I wish I could share the all the photos with you but there are too many, I will post a couple more. He is still licking his lips!!
He is so gentle he licked it for ages before hiding the whole ice cream cornet in his mouth :) ♥

Left room for graphics & text on left, decided to go black & white to spice it up a bit while bringing out the dirt & grit of the kitchen. Used Photoshop to touch up skin/adjust color/levels/contrast, mixed some HDR work in Photomatix with the original capture...

After years of freelance work to "pay the bills", I've decided to go back to university. That's right! I'm going for a MPS in Art Therapy. I'm shooting for Pratt Institute. For more information on the program: www.pratt.edu/creative_arts_therapy
My concentration will be on children. More specifically, those most in need. Those who've suffered the most terribly ---> in other words, the socio & economically disadvantaged, those sexually, emotionally and/or physically abused, the neglected & the abandoned children, as well as children diagnosed with Autism.
Let me know what you think --->
Any constructive criticism is also most welcome! I'm trying to earn my Master's in Art Therapy. BUT, I MUST FIRST take 19 additional undergraduate courses which will qualify my eligibility to apply. I WILL get in!
I firmly believe that together we CAN make a difference.
Thanks, in advance!
