This is one of my Round 16 images for the group Get Pushed! (www.flickr.com/groups/1681475@N24/) The challenge for me came from a talented young Brazilian lady by the name of Diuli, otherwise know as some_stuff (www.flickr.com/photos/some_stuff1/).
"I want you to put life into inanimate things like: eggs, fruits or any other object. Create a history behind the image :) Use your imagination: pen, photoshop and others stuff :)"
This was a fun push, and I may have gone overboard a bit - I had about a dozen separate images I came up with during the brainstorming process. My wife got into it by encouraging me during our shopping trip to the store.

This was the image I kept coming back to, in tribute to my Brazilian push partner. (Plus I have been trying to come up with other "dance" related photos for our dance instructors!) I did not want to draw on the items themselves, so that they could be used afterwards, so I reverted to doing the faces in PhotoShop (albeit a very poor job of adding faces - I got impatient and could not find the kind of face or expression at the quality and lighting I needed). Please refer to the NOTES on the picture itself.
What kind of dance? It should be obvious!

accidentally went to a vampireparty last Friday. Lots and lots of extreme outfits and noises that aren't my kind of music at all, but still had a good night.
I went there with three couchsurfers (www.couchsurfing.com) and one of them suggested going to this club, unaware of the themed party there.
Between men in long black leather skirts, pierced bodyparts everywhere, people with oxygenmasks as an accessory and general lack of color we felt a bit out of place in our summerdress/'normal' clothes.
But we invented our own dancestyle and had a good night out after all.
