Rachael wanted a few images as she has got through to the semi-finals of "Miss Pole Dance UK". Apparently "Miss Pole Dance UK" incorporates "Mr Pole Dance UK" but I can't help feeling sorry for the married women who would like to take part!

# Let me take you back to Sep 2021 and the Autumn Flower Fayre at Helmingham hall Suffolk
# My current plan to get on top of my images on my home computer which is awash with thousands of images from the past 6 years. Hopefully these are worthwhile to upload. The vast majority are binned but i felt these had some merit if only from a documentary aspect
