Illumination Weekend at Rainbow Mountain Resort in East Stroudsburg, located in the Poconos region of the state of Pennsylvania.

Rainbow Mountain has 25 beautiful acres with wooded trails, 2 acre pond, scenic hills, swimming pool, patio overlooking the Pocono Mountains, shuffleboard, tennis & basketball courts, paddle boats, nightclub and much more.

The first weekend of August is the famous BlackOut Illumination weekend party with Glow sticks on Saturday night. Candles line the pathways. Pool and Pool bar, Glow Dance Party with Dj Wolf in a dance club that used to be a barn and Karaoke with KJ Mindy in the Down Low Lounge

After we left the Masquerade Ball we went through the Sails Pavilion (which houses autograph sessions, an art show and the freebie tables) only to find a dace party, complete with a break-dancing Deadpool. It was too dark for me to get a good picture. It was a hoot to watch!
