shot this back in JULY. i duno why i didn't upload this earlier - i think the view is gorgeous! but pls view it large and on black or white it looks way better there i promise =)
So I chased after the the Northern Lights but never got to see them, but had a great road trip anyway. We made it as far north as South Dakota, the Badlands National Park and the Black Hills. The first night we had marvelous clear skies with a front row seat to millions of stars... but shortly before midnight it all clouded over. I've got a ton of pictures to process and will add a few over the next few days. These mammatus clouds were crazy! Wow! They blew in and hung over us for just a few minutes before clearing off!

In the tropical landscape we have only a short time for the sunrises and the sunsets, so you have to choose carefully what time you go on a photoshoot. Here's a sunrise capture I've taken in Tiaong , Calabarzon. O yes, that cow, well cows are everywhere there , you just have to watch not to bump into them.
