'Folded' - ICAD (index card a day) challenge two years ago. I made daily art to a prompt for two months. All 61 cards were sewn together to create a folded book. The hanging threads are my signature and create great texture. #cy365#captureyour365#folded

I love the look of this card. I took a pic inside & the colors were more vibrant. This photo, taken outside in the shade, gives a nice tone to the colors.
The top has Winsor & Newton Watercolor paints. The bottom right is Marie's Watercolor paints and the left is Reeve's Gouache.
Daniel made this palette of all the colors.

Divergent Tris doll. I have never seen the movie I just love the doll. I named her Jeannie because she looks like my cousin Jeannie did back in the '70's. A natural beauty, and I really dig her tattoo.

This 1st grid took me a long time. Next time, I will make the squares larger. Some squares were made with W&N tube paints, but most were made with cheap pan paints.
many of my pages involve stitching paper, but this one is an attempt to make a little paper quilt out of scraps.

Composition Book, Gesso, Neocolor and other water soluble crayons to make circles, covered with drips of Liquitex Matte Medium (but the drips sat for a few seconds, making the color lighter in places), drag through with a rubber scraper to make marks, Silks paints used in between circles to get more color, then spray with Dylusions Yellow Spray Ink to get drips.
