[News] Daesung sẽ không phải chịu án phạt tù ngay cả khi tình hình tồi tệ nhất xảy ra!

Sau sự cố tai nạn xe hơi, nhiều người đã lo ngại và thắc mắc về án phát mà Daesung sẽ phải chịu. Một chuyên gia pháp y nói rằng: "Gây tai nạn không cố ý có khả năng sẽ phải nhận án phạt bị quản chế hoặc phạt tiền bồi thường".
An...h ấy nói tiếp: "Anh ấy sẽ không bị ngồi tù ngay cả khi tình hình đi theo diễn biến tồi tệ nhất với anh ấy". Nếu nạn nhân Hyun bị chết vì vụ tai nạn này, Daesung sẽ bị buộc tội giết người không cố ý. 2 năm đi cải tạo bắt buộc hoặc bị phạt tiền khoảng 7000$ sẽ là án phạt cho một vụ giết người không cố ý. Vào ngày 19 vừa qua, Daesung đã bị mất tinh thần khi một phương tiện truyền thông đưa tin, người lái xe mô tô Hyun có lẽ vẫn còn sống trước khi Daesung đâm phải anh ta. Bên phía cảnh sát đả thẳng thừng phủ nhận thông tin trên: "Cơ Quan Điều Tra Pháp Y Quốc Gia vẫn chưa đưa ra bất kì một báo cáo chính thức nào về việc khám nghiệm tử thi nạn nhân".
Chuyên gia pháp y này giải thích: "Trong trường hợp này không hề có "chủ ý giết người" từ trước. Hơn nữa, kết quả kiểm tra cho thấy rất rõ việc Daesung không hề uống rượu, hay đó chỉ là một tai nạn không may. Tất nhiên anh ấy vẫn phải chịu trách nhiệm về việc này, nhưng nhìn vào tiền lệ trước đó, anh ấy khó có thể phải ngồi tù".
Không chỉ vậy, Cơ Quan Điều Tra đang gặp những khó khăn nhất định trong việc tìm ra khoảng thời gian tử vong của nạn nhân Hyun. Và nếu NSI không thể tìm ra nguyên nhân cái chết của Hyun, thật khó có thể buộc tội giết người cho Daesung. Một sĩ quan cảnh sát cho biết: "Kết quả khám nghiệm tử thi thường mất ít nhất nửa tháng, nhưng trường hợp này, để xem xét thật kỹ, NSI đã phải mất đến gần 1 tháng mới có kết quả. Hiện giờ việc điều tra đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn để tìm ra nguyên nhân cái chết của Hyun. Nếu không có bất kì một thông tin chính xác vào về nguyên nhân cũng như khoảng thời gian mà nạn nhân Hyun tử vong, thì rất khó có thể buộc tội Daesung giết người không cố ý".
Thêm vào đó, Camera quan sát của CCTV dường như là một đầu mối rất quan trọng để làm rõ vụ việc này nhưng thực tế hiện nay nó không còn khả dụng là mấy. Video của CCTV vẫn không thể nhìn được rõ và tìm ra đầy đủ nguyên nhân cũng như khoảng thời gian nạn nhân tử vong. Cảnh sát nói rằng họ đã theo dõi rất kĩ camera ghi hình nhưng vẫn rất khó để nói rằng Daesung là người đã gây ra cái chết của nạn nhân.
Daesung đã đâm phải Hyun và chiếc xe mô tô của anh ấy khi anh ấy bị ngã xe và nằm trên đường ở cầu Namhwa Seoul vào rạng sáng ngày 31 tháng 5 vừa qua.
