Our back yard pet. Better a strawberry than a human body part - this guy really nips! Not exactly a fine example of photography, but interesting none the less.

Landschaft zwischen Hohenstein und Sebnitz

This is another one of Favorite shot from 2010.

A shot from last night's first game of the 2009 - 2010 high school varsity soccer season - different from my usual style. A Hamilton Senior (Jessica C) is setting up for a corner kick - and we think has a broken big toe, so this shot hurt.

Hard to believe that this is Kaitlynn's last year as a Senior HS player.

Posted as captured - no post processing. (The D80 at ISO 1600 is much worse than the D90 at ISO 3200, but at least I have two bodies to shoot with.)

I've had the thing for 3 days and it won't turn on. I am NOT impressed and this is almost the final straw. I'm thinking of selling ALL my Nikon gear and turning to Canon. I've never had so many problems. My D80 broke down not long after I got it too.

So now if my only option is to have it fixed, I'll probably have to wait several months before I can actually use it. And I have a wedding to practice on in a couple of weeks. Doesn't look like I can do that now.

I've tried a different lens and a different battery - still won't turn on. Earlier today, I had some problems - it wouldn't turn off and was taking strange pixelated photos as well as black photos and just before the shutter snapped, it would go completely out of focus. It doesn't acknowledge the battery at all (the batter meter doesn't show when you put it in). Shame I didn't keep those images... I never knew I would have a Lemon camera AGAIN.

I've tried the same lens and battery on the D80 and I have no problems.

Any ideas?

I'm yet to hear back from the company I purchased it through to see if I can either get a refund or a replacement, I'll be stuffed if I'm taking this to get fixed only for something else to go wrong down the track.

NOT IMPRESSED NIKON.

Sorry to cherrylassierusty - I won't be able to do the challenge this week - I thought I would at least post one photo into this pool using the piece of crap camera.

Sorry for the attitude, I'm just so sick of everything going wrong.

UPDATE: I have got in contact with the Ebay seller who has asked for me to send back and if DOA, they will offer a replacement!
