More than 30 years ago, cycling in Japan in the Kanto area, North-west of Tokyo with my brand-new Giant Peloton-8000 bicycle, bought of the Takayama bike shop, Wako-shi, Saitama prefecture. I brought it back to France in 1991 and I still own and use it in 2021.
Original pictures were taken using a 35 mm Fuji HD-M camera, Fujinon lens 38mm f/2.8 and Fujifilm negative color films.
They were digitalized using a Sony A7 body and a Minolta Slide Duplicator with a Minolta Auto Bellows Macro Rokkor 50mm f/3.5, and processed using the GIMP software for color inversion and Luminar-AI enhanced.

Jacky RIVAT cycling shoes "Charlie Mottet", bought in Tokyo, Japan, 1990. Jacky RIVAT was a sport-shoes French designer and sportsman. The factory was in Roman-sur-Isère before being today transferred to Annecy, France. This model of shoes were officially used by the professional French champion Charlie Mottet.
