Whilst this was a 2016 image, I recently revisited the images of my puppy (Legend) and decided to share.
Pied-billed Grebes are relatively small water birds (13.5"; 34 cm) that always seem to dive just as I'm about to snap the picture.
With their webbed toes, they are fairy fast swimmers, and may re-appear a good distance from where they dive. They catch fish underwater, and their strong, thick bills enable them to crack the exoskeleton of hard-shelled crustaceans.
Three grizzly bear cubs being as cute as can be :-). Mama bear was to the right of them grassing on grass. I took this photo from the safety of my car.
A very cute teddy bear seen in the gift section of the Cupboard Cafe. He’s sitting on the paws of a big black bear! Meet cute for Smile on Saturday!

Our youngest grandson can be quite the charmer. He definitely makes us smile. With his fair skin, he needs a good brim on his hat to keep the sun off. I am amazed he keeps it on. This is for the theme “Headware in Square”.
