fooling around an old trumpet and pieces of brass i had laying around ,fitted with a monette mouth piece. the end result is a dark warm sound.

This is my very first lip carving and second (and horrible!) nostril carving. Any tips on how to make better, smoother nostrils? I will most likely remove this paint, and I probably won't even be using this faceplate for my doll. To me, it's too far gone for my very limited skills to fix it lol

I still intend to change the eyes down the track. Not that fussed by the quality of the skirt and top though. Is it that hard to hem something, especially since there's a stitch around the bottom anyway?

And yes I straightened the wig. It was kinda big and fluffy, It needed it.
