The Kenworth PremierCare(R) Gold Certified program, announced at the 2015 American Trucking Associations Management Conference and Exhibition in Philadelphia, offers enhanced service and customer support at participating Kenworth dealers in the United States and Canada. The PremierCare Gold Certified program helps customers easily identify Kenworth dealer location that offer a superior level of service.
Extended evening hours on weekdays and extended hours on the weekends are also a requirement for certification in the Kenworth Gold Certified program.
The Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLane is one of the key elements to become a Gold Certified dealer. Each Gold Certified Kenworth dealer will have dedicated ExpressLane technicians to support quick diagnosis and estimated repair time and cost.

Every morning a service coordinator with Kenworth Sales Co. service coordinator prints out a list of Kenworth Sales Company customers whose trucks are being serviced at locations across the United States and Canada, regardless whether the location is a Kenworth dealership, an independent service facility, or even a competing OEM dealer. Long story of rep rage (sorry!, but not as long as my last two days:) I just spent much of the last week wondering why my BlackBerry e-mail wasn't working, and waiting until yesterday to be back home from Russia so I could take it to the store rather than call someone and sit on hold. The (gum-chewing) guy in the store said he had fixed it, but still no messages. Sometimes it takes a while, so i waited overnight, and did a bunch more fixes. Disabled and enabled POP on my (Gmail) mail server, handling one known issue. Sent myself service books from the BlackBerry website. Canceled and reestablished my BB e-mail account. Then called again, and sat on the phone from 2 to 5.20 pm with a variety of service reps from AT&T. Finally, I got a BlackBerry service rep who told me to try disabling the Facebook app on my phone. Apparently it had a known problem - now fixed - that caused BBs to stop working. Not known, however, to the ten or so people I have talked to in the past couple of days. Whatever, I am tagging this in case anyone else has the same problem! But isn't there some way Facebook could just send a message to all its BB app users?
