I-5 Design and Manufacture created the interior and exterior décor design and signage for the Kahikili Polynesian Grill in St. Lucia located in the West Indies. For the bar area, I-5 designed dimensional letters reading “Kahikili’s”, a lava mountain over 13’ tall with a faux fire effect and red LED lighting to create flames, tiki carved wood pillars, internally illuminated tiki gold masks carved of stone, custom antique pendant lights and more to add to the tropical bar theme. For the gaming floor area of the Comanche Nation Casino, I-5 Design & Manufacture created a 3D design that featured timber framed ceiling beams and large masonry columns to produce a inviting lodge-style environment. In between the beam structures, we placed custom mica chandeliers, and mica pendants were suspended from each of the wood braces to produce a warm feel and provide adequate lighting for the gamers. I-5 Design and Manufacture created a bar and lounge design for the interior of this bowling center. We wanted to create a modern themed environment that still maintained a welcoming feel, with the use of an amber hued color palette and sleek finishes. Clusters of amber pendant lights were suspended from the ceiling, drawing the eye downward to the seating area below. Above the booths we designed a dimensional maze pattern and mica diffuser to be applied to the light fixtures, adding visual interest and tying into the overall color palette. This is the design of the Bingo Cashier area in the Comanche Nation Casino. The area is flanked by decorative architectural cultured stone columns that wrap around the corners, custom timber framed knee brace structures support a specialty metal valance overhang, amber mica pendants and custom wall murals depicting wild horses with flowing manes and tails. This is one of the conceptual design renderings for the interior of the Comanche Nation Casino, in Lawton Oklahoma. Over the gaming tables, a multi-layered structure with three custom mica chandeliers is suspended from the ceiling, drawing the eye downward to the tables below. At the Cashier entrance, two architectural stone columns flank the entrance, and up-lit letters in front of a vivid swirled backdrop provide interest and color to the venue. For this bowling center, I-5 Design and Manufacture created a bar and lounge rendering that was designed using state-of-the-art 3D software. The over all theme for this venue is modern, while still providing customers with a warm and inviting atmosphere. To add visual interest to this area, metal bead curtains were suspended from the ceiling and illuminated with LED down-lighting that incorporates color changing capabilities. This is the exterior signage for Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I-5 Design and Manufacture created this sign with elements that include a fully programmable LED light display and enormous internally illuminated channel letters which are over eight feet tall. The I-5 Design and Manufacture team worked together to create beautiful designs for all of the venues throughout the Comanche Nation Casino. This particular 3D design is of the Bingo room, which was previously painted with bright yellow and purple and lacked a unified décor theme. The new design was created as a 3D model and incorporated specialty mica chandeliers, custom designed carpet, stone veneer columns with a custom knee-brace structure and custom wall murals depicting wild horses with flowing manes which integrated elements of the Comanche “horse warrior” heritage and culture. This is the custom design of the Comanche Nation Casino exterior in Lawton Oklahoma. Some of the elements designed for the exterior façade include massive channel letters reading ‘Casino’, the ‘Comanche Nation Casino’ logo centered between the two masonry porte cochere columns, aluminum "lightning" wall panels with animated LED lighting and much more. To add interest to the corridor area of the Comanche Nation Casino, as well as to tie into the rest of the upgraded décor, we designed wood beams to be inset into the ceiling above, and custom mica chandeliers suspended from the center. Wall mural borders with windswept color patterns and ghosted horse imagery add color to the corridor and are divided by cultured stone columns that add a natural element. Our design for the Pit area included a suspended ceiling structure with specialty inset metal panels that had an etched pattern and a high gloss deep purple finish. The custom panels were placed in a diamond pattern and up-lit using LED cove lighting. The custom Mica pendant lights suspended from the inset ceiling added depth as well as excitement, and the dramatic cliff columns produced a modern spin on classic Native American architecture. This is the exterior design for the Kahikili Polynesian Grill located in the West Indies. The entry sign was designed to have internally illuminated channel letters that read “Kahikili’s” and a smaller sign panel that reads “Polynesian Grill” with decorative tattoo design prints and bamboo trim. I-5 Design and Manufacture upgraded the overall look of this grill by adding design elements that tied in to the tropical and Polynesian style surroundings. Specialty finished materials were used in the design and fabrication of the décor and signage for the Comanche Nation Casino project. Elements like push through acrylic and iridescent inlays were used to tie the signage into the overall facility theme while delivering the maximum visual impact for each element. This is the finished photo of the façade upgrade of the Borsini-Burr Art Gallery on the California coast in Montara, CA; a destination gallery in the heart of the most beautiful coastal views in the country. By using a jewel-toned color palette as well as an arcing valance over the center of the entry, I-5 helped to create an exterior ambiance that reflects the coastal feel.
