Just as Martin thinks he has gotten through his dreaded HS reunion without incident, he is confronted by a drunken ex-classmate who has a grudge of some kind. Rather than use force, as usual, he tells the guy, "Bobby Beemer" (who sells BMWs) that the two of them have no history. He then listens to the guy's poetry (about 3 lines), says it's great and they hug.

Bride and Groom Sinead Cusack and Aidan Kiely who were married at No. 1 Pery square posed for a photograph whilst with the 25-foot Giant Grandmother who moved much more than traffic when she finally arrived in Limerick for her highly anticipated three day visit as part of the Limerick City of Culture.
A sea of smiles and many teary eyes greeted the enormous marionette when she arrived by train this morning
More than 60,000 people attended the first of the three day street extravaganza which is expected to attract up to 200,000 people to Limerick over the weekend.
Some 27 Lilliputians are tasked with moving the Giant Grandmother who is followed by her own band of musicians and a massive wheelchair - weighing 5 tonnes.
But despite the phenomenal skill of the puppeteers tasked with moving their 85-year-old charge - raising every individual step by rope pulley - all eyes are drawn to the 25 foot Grandmother who is handled as though she was a living being.

About Cork Cancer Research Centre (CCRC)
The Cork Cancer Research Centre is an independent research centre focused on developing new treatments for secondary cancer. Key to centre’s success is the clear collaboration between surgeons and physicians in practice with speciality cancer researchers to apply their findings in practice. Its purpose is to provide discovery and innovations that may be applied to the prevention of the cancer in the first place or to the development of more effective treatment strategies. Our main focus is to find new treatments for patients who do not respond to conventional chemotherapy. In terms of our research activities, the Centre has brought five cancer treatments from the laboratory to clinical trial. More information about their work is available on www.ccrc.ie. Although we are living in challenging economic times, research must progress if we are to continue advancing new cancer treatments and positively impacting patient lives.

(Jesus of Nazareth )

Dave says: I watched this interview with John Cusack and Diablo "Chodey" Cody. Well they are just like chatting about what they are working on.
Dave says: Then she asks "um...what was your first concert?" There used to be these things (I barely remember) where you paid for a ticket then you go to a movie theatre and watch a broadcasted concert. His was The Who.
Dave says: He asked hers. She said "well it's kind of embarrassing" and he said "like REO Speedwagon?" "God no, at least there is some cached cool in that". "Leo Sayer?" "No, that is cool too." He just looked puzzled over the fact that REO Speedwagon could be cool...as do I about them and Def Leppard and Bon Jovi etc. (I mean this resurrected, third generation of fans who like to do whatever they can to get laid at a bar).
Dave says: Hers was new Kids on the Block
Dave says: Of course she had to tell it with all kinds of embarrassed “I’m trying to be cool, but I want to fool you into thinking I’m really embarrassed” gloating
Dave says: At first he was all kind of friendly, but she did all kinds of stupid shit like pretend to not know what "I want my two dollars" means.
Dave says: And acted all cool. Then he realized what a chickenhead she is.
Dave says: Oscar for Best Screenplay, my butt
Billy says: NKOTB got back together, btw
Dave says: god
