The Tean's Gourmet Assam Fish curry paste resulted in a tangy spicy fish curry. I think this is something we'd make again!
After watching Poh's Kitchen, Julia was rather intrigued by the Black Beef Curry. Perhaps the tomatoes we used were too big, but our result was more like a deep red, tomatoey curry, rather than black. Tasted pretty good though!
The curry leaves added a nice nutty, spicy flavour, and we also added 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves for an extra zing, rendang-style. Next time, maybe we'll add some cinnamon or cassia sticks as well.

The A1 Mountain Globe/A1 Best One curry paste was pretty good too. It's definitely earned a place in my pantry.

Good Japanese curry, but the pork cutlet was a bit dry.

I'm not much of a "curry" person but this is one particular curry that I like. This is one dish that all you have to do is open the box of curry (paste) and mix everything together. (I use the Japanese Style "Golden Curry" Paste by S&B (mild). Well, not all together . . . I did brown the beef with onions then added the curry mix with water and threw in the potatoes, carrots and red & green bell peppers.
