Galapagos Land Iguana (Conolophus subcristatus) is a species of iguana endemic to the Galápagos Islands in the dry lowlands of Fernandina, Isabela, Santa Cruz, North Seymour, Baltra, and South Plaza / Fausto Llerena Breeding Center is a short walk from the center of town; the Charles Darwin Research Station is the operational center of the international Charles Darwin Foundation. The visitor center contains exhibits dealing with climate and geography and provides insight into the evolution of flora and fauna as well as current conservation programs. The Darwin Station conducts research and provides technical assistance to other researchers, the Galapagos National Park and other governmental agencies. The results of the research are published in scientific journals, reports, and included in interpretive displays for visitors. The Darwin Station also provides environmental education to communities and schools in Galapagos. The Fausto Llerena Tortoise Center, a long-term program jointly operated by the Galapagos National Park Directorate and the Charles Darwin Foundation, began in 1965 to save the giant tortoise population on Isla Pinzón. It was quickly expanded to include other populations, specifically that of Isla Española where only 14 individuals remained. As of 2008, more than 4,000 young tortoises from eight different populations have been repatriated to their island of origin, with nearly 1,500 going back to Española. At the Tortoise Center, visitors can observe a variety of tortoises, including hatchlings, juveniles, and full-grown individuals.

Another Regency styled dress in a sheer cotton with ice blue silk dupion for the collar and under-cuff. Velvet ribbon in a soft grey. This dress goes great with the pale lilac hair Morgane currently has and will have when she gets back home... until I have the chance and money to do an Alpaca reroot for her.
I love the fabric but it's not easy to sew ^_^
The sleeves can also be worn over the hands as a too long sleeve.
I had to fight little Rosalie out of the dress, she wants it for herself ;)

Oh, and did I mention she's also the Real Estate Editor for San Antonio Express-News? Yeah, she's a pretty amazing woman for a 29 year old... Most of the above story is actually true...

This is some of the new residential development that is currently taking place at the Linton at Ballenger subdivision, in the Southern part of the Ballenger Creek area of Frederick County, Maryland, USA. The Ballenger Creek area of Frederick County, Maryland is located directly South of the City of Frederick, Maryland, and is in fact contiguous with the City of Frederick, meaning that there is no undeveloped land between the City of Frederick and the Ballenger Creek area, just like in a typical major American metropolitan area, between the main city and the immediate inner suburbs, such as, for example, between Washington, DC itself and Bethesda, Maryland. In this sense, Ballenger Creek is an inner suburb of Frederick City, Maryland, even though Frederick County, Maryland is, in turn, also, in a way, an outer suburb of Washington, DC. The Ballenger Creek area began development in the early 1980's, currently has a young, diverse, and relatively fast growing population of about 20,000 people, and is where many, but by no means all, of the large commercial office and retail developments in Frederick County are located. The City of Frederick, Maryland is the county seat and largest, principal city of Frederick County, Maryland, USA, located in the Central part of the county, and has a young and diverse population of about 66,000 people, and is growing relatively fast in population. Frederick County, Maryland, USA is located two counties North of Washington, DC, and shares its opposite, Northern border with the neighboring Eastern U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Wen Jiabao the 69 year old the sixth and current Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, serving as China's head of government has called for the break-up of a banking "monopoly" over lending practices that has prevented businesses from borrowing the money they needed for expansion. Wen stated during tours of company sites in Fujian Province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, "Regarding raising funds for your businesses, I think it has been too easy, quite frankly, for our banks to make profits, the reason is that a small number of large banks are in a monopolistic position. It is only from them, and nowhere else, that companies get the loans they need. This is why we've now come to make way for private capital to enter the financial services sector, which ultimately requires breaking monopolies. There is already a consensus among the central leadership, which is reflected, as you can see, by the pilot reform in Wenzhou. I think some successful practices from Wenzhou's pilot reform can be introduced nationally. Some of the practices may even be immediately implemented. The monopoly in the sector makes getting loans expensive. Private businesses, especially smaller ones, have to get cheaper loans to flourish.''

The Current Affairs Committee of the Congress met in Venice, Italy, on 9 March 2017, under the presidency of Gabriele Neff (Germany, ILDG), Chair of the Current Affairs Committee. Mr Simone Venturini, the city’s deputy mayor responsible for social cohesion, employment, spatial development and infrastructure, addressed participants before the opening of the meeting. Participants looked at the role of local and regional authorities in the reception of refugees and the integration of migrants and the situation of Roma and Travellers with a view to approving a resolution on the revised Charter of “European Political Parties for a Non-Racist Society” and a declaration of mayors and elected local and regional representatives of Council of Europe member states against anti-Gypsyism. They also discussed the report “Forever young? The role of youth policies and youth work at local and regional levels in supporting young people’s transition to autonomy and working life” and moves to enable youth delegates to make a greater contribution to the Congress’s work.
