I found this IMMENSELY INTERESTING, so I wanted to share it. Regarding global warming.

And just so you know before you read it [or not], despite having Gore's name in the headline, this isn't about partisan politics.

Afterwards if you want, look at this page I put together: b19.org/woo.html ... It's a compilation of some of the comments from the above post on ThinkProgress.

ps: This is a straight on shot of the sun taken a week ago in the middle of the day. You HAVE to look at the larger size.

It is wrong always, everywhere, and for anyone, to believe anything upon insufficient evidence.

"The dog day - it's scary", laments the text in this welcome-to-see public service advertisement in Seoul's busy Jongno 3-ga subway station. Thankfully, dog meat consumption appears to be less and less of a thing in modern-day Korea...

The current Events section caught my eye.

It's like all we hear about or read about.

Hopefully someday everything will settle down and they will leave him alone to do his job.

The Germantown Parkway bridge over the flooding Wolf River in West Tennessee. The river had dropped close to six inches from it's highest level by the time this picture was taken. Some of the surrounding streets had to be closed down during Friday morning rush hour which made it an interesting commute to work.

nationbwide action on mlk day (1/19/15) to honor dr. king's legacy & those lost to police violence. the march went from union square to foley square.

Exactly 30 days ago today at the Mobil gasoline station where I purchase my gasoline, it was $2.99 a gallon. But I forgot to take another picture of current prices on Saturday afternoon for a months comparison in gas prices. So about a mile away from the Mobile station in the same town, I took a picture of the Flying A gasoline station which competes with them. This comparison is about how gas fluctuates and not brand names. The other station was charging $3.64 a gallon as of May 18, 2015.

The $2.99 a gallon price pictured on the left is from April 18, 2015. That is why I used 30 Days Past for my picture title. Anyway, so the difference in price from the two dates is .65 cents a gallon. Which in my case, costs me $31.20 more a month to drive to work. I'm just lucky that I only work two days a week, now. Plus, I get good gas mileage.

Came across this bottle of lotion when I was looking through a drawer. As you can see, it's from the Trump Taj Mahal resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. I have never visited this place. I received this in a swap back in the 1990s, long before Donald Trump went into politics.

Police and supporters protesting outside of Parliament, Perth, Western Australia.

An example of where a wider lens wouldn't go astray (or perhaps a full frame camera) in order to fit the entirety of the force that was there to protest.
