After 2 years in Germany we moved back to the Bay Area. For now we are living in a coporate apartment courtesy of Adobe. Within the next 6 weeks we need to find a new apartment and then eventually a house.
Also need to buy cars... A lot to do these days...
My current project is centered around Comme des Garçons homme plus spring 17 collection. It focuses on transparent materials therefore I chose to use acetate as the basis of the pages. I made an A4 look book to showcase this garment and as each page is turned it reveals something else to the reader. I focussed on using a more lo-fi direct approach to reflect the raw punk like quality of the collection.
A large collection of pictures of the Perth Kilt Run, which narrowly failed in setting a new Guiness World Record, currently held by Perth, Ontario. These pictures were taken from the footbridge to Moncreiffe Island as the runners come along Perth's Tay street with the River Tay, Queens Bridge and Perth Bridge on one side, and the Sheriff Court and St Matthews Kirk on the other.
Later pages have pictures of the runners as they came back from the South Inch. Pictures of the winners on the stage can be found in the North Inch collection
First place went to Neilson Hall in a time of 24 minutes and 55 seconds, Jack Goodwin second: 25:44 and Matt Janes third: 26:24
