Next Sunday daddy is taking a fund raising bike tour for the American Diabetes Association. We all support his effect. You can support him too at

And one July 10th he is doing another bike ride for Livestrong foundation fight against cancer. It is going to be a 100 miles ride, the longest bike ride for him and he is training very hard for it. Currently he is riding about 40 miles on Sat and a total of 120 miles per week. Going to add 5 to 10 miles more per week.
