Bracelet Workshop held at the Southeastern Animal Fiber Festival, 10/22/11. Pat Riesenburger's wet felt project features 7 Swarovski stones embedded within the fibers, as well as embellishment with silk floss and Swarovski Crystal Yarn. Yum!
I made this set as a present for my friend (and student ;) ) Cat's birthday. She's really into Alice and Wonderland and that inspired me to make this set, "Through the Looking Glass." It included a pair of wristlet cuffs and a hair ornament/clip.

starting from nothing but fiber, i needle felt the cuff base and then add the details. there is no sewing involved.
Georg Jensen sterling cuff links. I have only managed to find a couple of items by Georg Jensen at GoodWill, this pair of cuff links and a wonderful Taverna Copper Frying pan with sterling silver lining are my favorite items that GoodWill has offered up for me.

This one is 7-1/2" total length with a 1" overlap. So would fit a 6-1/2" wrist or smaller but is slightly adjustable due to the velcro closure. This one is
1-1/8" wide :) The green in this photo is a bit brighter than in real life!

Vintage burgandy velvet is the cuff fabric.....added lots of lace and a 3 tiered pink flower that was hand crocheted. 2 vintage domed rhinestone buttons
I wanted a cuff to look like tweed.....I used glass seed beads that vary more in size than Toho or Delica.....I think it added to the look of tweed with slight size and shape variations.....The toggle is beaded with a beaded loop.....I used a 3 drop peyote stitch to make this one....

This woven cuff is packed with 144 4mm shimmering Swarovski crystals and blushing pink freshwater pearls. The seed beads are a wonderful mix of translucent pinks and gold. I used delicate golden seed beads for the accent between the crystals and pearls. A four strand 14K gold filled sliding clasp makes the connection!

This unique wrist cuff is made from part of a recycled vinyl record.
It is hand painted with acrylics in turquoise with an original design in iridescent copper. The silver has a lovely, sparkly sheen when viewed from different angles.

I cut the records to size and shape them around the wrist of a mannequin I have in my studio. That means that it is actually the shape of a real human wrist. The cuff is designed for the right arm, but can be worn on the left as well.
All edges have been carefully sanded and smoothed for your comfort.
Easy to put on and take off, it does have some flexibility and can be slightly stretched "open" as needed.
This cuff comes with a little instruction card for how to resize it if needed.

Mixed media - wire and wool crochet cuff bracelet with added fire-polished beads. Created for the UK Challenge theme of clouds.
After searching for prim cuff jeans. A rest on a tree stump wearing my find. They are a bit bulky but I like them. They sorta remind me of wearing boyfriend jeans. So that is nice :)
