We stopped in at a Halloween store today. They actually don't open until tomorrow, but the manager guy wanted us to look around?
We found this costume in the kids section. Heh. Not so much, but it was pretty funny and I had to take this picture for Sean :P
Every single evening it's cuddle hour with the dogs. They all sit in front of me waiting until it’s their turn, then climbing up the sofa where I get covered with kisses and flattened with hugs. When it's Roy's turn Hotshot always is staring at Roy and me very envious and mad but when it his turn he has enough of it in a minute.

The leftmost bison appears to want some cuddling, but the middle one was not too interested in that or his subsequent advances.
This was a difficult shot to get as it was just as the sun was setting behind these dark bison. By using a wide aperture and some intentional over-exposure I was able to diffuse the wonderful sunset colours, which enveloped the trees.
Sometimes Lucky is a "cuddle King" ;-)).

Ice tried to cuddle every phragmites communis it can find. Does she know she would kill them? Or maybe she just does not mind.
Our neighbor's kids found a kitten drowning on a pool liner after some wicked storms a couple weeks ago. Our neighbor rescued the kitten just in time and kept it in her shirt for five hours to get it warm. Though their daughter is severely allergic, they have built an area for the kittens and the scrawny mommy to stay outside, using tents and baby gates. All the neighborhood kids come to play, our neighbors and I feed them and we all chase away animals and other cats so they're not bothered. Rudy is going to a home this weekend while Cuddles and the very lovey dovey Mommy don't have definite homes yet. I wish we could take them but we can barely afford the four that we have with three having medical conditions! They are so sweet...
