The nice florist at Mahoney's told me that this is an Orange Crush rose, as I was buying it tonight. They have a large selection of cut flowers, and I have to stop myself from breaking the bank there. This image is a 120-frame focus stack.

Claw Crusher was one of my favorite mechs from the whole Exo-Force line, so I hope I did it justice! The claw was a fun one to design, pulling inspiration from those beefy scrapyard cranes and using the botanical leaf in a fun way.

Pretty strange to catch orange South Shore geeps on this train on a weekday, but it was a nice change to catch working around the trenches at Rock Island Junction on the far south side of Chicago.

Aesthetically, I was obviously a product of the '90s, but Ms. Sassy Pants (aka, my daughter, Makayla) was manufactured post-millennium. That means that she thinks setups like these are fresh and unique.
