Built in 1964 as a car ferry/ Royal Mail ship & based in Oban, Scotland, refitted as a cruise ship in 1989 offering cruises around the Western Isle of Scotland.

Recently has been offering cruises further afield around Ireland, Orkney and Shetland islands, the Norwegian Fjords and the Isles of Scilly.

Prior to it day in Dublin, it visited Belfast & Peel, then onwards to Rosslare & Isles of Scilly.
