After completing a chartered run between Salt Lake City and Provo, UP 3985, then a coal fired 4-6-6-4, is turning on the wye at Grant Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Late Auckland Mayor, Sir Dove-Meyer Robinson loved a good crowd.
Minolta Alpha 7 with Ilford Pan F Film. Scanned with dslr.
The Minolta Alpha 7 has an STF mode which shoots 7 shots on one frame changing the aperture and shutter speed for each to alter the look of the bokeh. I figured this could be interesting with moving subjects.
We were extremely fortunate to experience the Sanja Matsuri traditional Festival on the weekend we stayed in the Asakusa area of Tokyo. The crowd was very active; here is a group of spectators on the steps of the temple.
After squeezing my way down narrow alleyways, and through people coming and going from this "Instagram Photo" location, I worked my way over to this beautiful location to capture the Insta crowd in action.
Santorini, Greece. Village of Oia.
Special thanks to Sabastian of "Greece Explained" on YouTube, which made my wandering around on Santorini so much more enjoyable, with the limited time I had there.
Pentax.
Multiple exposure of the crowd of people in the laneways near Degreaves Street. I doubt the traffic ever stops.
A very fine and relatively warm Good Friday had lots of people enjoying the sunshine on the summit of Tryfan in north Wales.
Scanned from a negative.
Want to avoid all the crowds and still be able to enjoy this incredibly beautiful lake...easy solution, stay for sunset or get there early for sunrise. Aside from a few stragglers here and there, we couldn't get over how fast this place clears out in the evening. And yes, I even managed to capture a little slice of the moon as it was rising behind Victoria Glacier.
Have a great Tuesday....thanks for all your visits and comments!!!!

With all the hoopla on social media about the Aurora last weekend, it stands to reason you'd have crowds of people coming out to have a gander for themselves. Here, you'd never know it, but there were probably 50 or 60 people behind me on this little beach. Not long after this capture, the clouds rolled in and the light show was over.
A Flock of Seagulls on an Iceberg just watching the Scenery. Shot from a small Fishing Boat in the Greenland Disko Bay (one Home of the huge Icebergs) with the Sony NEX-7 and the Sony E 18-200mm OSS at F=11 and 200mm.
