I was taking part in this (very briefly) after doing a ten week course - naturally I can't take photos of myself while playing, so instead are some pics of the pros rehearsing and performing...

It was an opportune moment as, sailing across Saint Bride's Bay, I glanced upwards to see a perfectly blue sky scarred by the jetstream of a plane flying off to some far flung destination. Combined with the mainsail of the boat and the rigging, it creates a strong graphic image.
